Outstanding Maintenance & Support

Pinnacle takes great pride in its magnificent fleet of yachts, all of which are maintained to the highest standard by our professional staff that follow a rigorous service protocol. This protocol begins as new vessels enters the fleet and continues across their entire tenure in the program. It is executed by skilled maintenance technicians armed with the knowledge, tools, parts and technology necessary to keep all vessels running well, operating safely and looking great for its Members.

Engineered for Enhanced Reliability

By design all vessels in the Pinnacle fleet are Sailboats by Jeanneau or Powerboats by Sea Ray. This strategy of limiting the fleet to these two major manufactures has allowed Pinnacle to build a deep acumen regarding how these yachts are engineered and maintained. With this extensive insight, Pinnacle enhances each boat when it enters the fleet and periodically thereafter to make them more robust. For Members this translates into consistent vessel availability.

Preventative Maintenance

Many Members are surprised when we mention that about 300 maintenance work orders are processed on every Pinnacle vessel each year. This is so because only 5% of all work orders are actually initiated by Members. The balance of 95% are the result of the stem-to-stern off-season and in-season inspection and repair regimen performed by Pinnacle staff without Member initiation or involvement. Members find Pinnacle responsiveness to repair requests to be excellent. However, Pinnacle strives to minimize the need for Members to request maintenance in the first place through its proactive approach to preventative maintenance.

Urgent Service and Assistance

For critical issues that require urgent attention, Pinnacle provides our skilled maintenance staff on-call for immediate phone assistance, and if needed, dispatch, 24/7. You are never be alone on the water as a Member of Pinnacle Yachts.

Extensive Parts Inventory

Limiting the number of yacht manufactures and models allows Pinnacle to maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts. Our inventory investment is substantial. It is based on our extensive real-world reliability and parts availability experience for specific yachts in the Pinnacle Fleet.

Integrated Maintenance Technology

Pinnacle has invested to develop systems for the planing and execution of all service needs. This technology aligns usage schedules, part inventories, procurement, and technician assignments to perform service in an efficient manner. This integrated process keeps maintenance costs down which contributes substantially to Pinnacle's ability to offer cost-effective programs to its Members.
